Ranch Dressing – Lighter Edition

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup plain almond or coconut milk

• 1 tbsp onion powder

• 1 tbsp garlic powder

• 2 tbsp dill weed

• ½ tbsp black pepper

• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

• 1 ⅓ cups of light mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar

2. Using immersion blende, turn on low setting and blend

3. Store in air tight container in fridge up to 7 days!

4. Tips: to use as ranch dip use less vinegar. For a leas creamy dressing add more milk or vinager as desired.
