Homemade french fries

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium Russet potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper



Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes.

  3. Cut into fries or wedges—your choice of shape.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Place the chopped potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil mixture over them and toss with your hands until evenly coated.

  6. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes.

8. Flip the fries and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
