Homemade french fries
Ingredients:
3 medium Russet potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash and scrub the potatoes.
Cut into fries or wedges—your choice of shape.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the chopped potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil mixture over them and toss with your hands until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
8. Flip the fries and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
