Auto-Renew Package Renewal & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all auto-renew memberships and class packages. All auto-renew packages require a minimum commitment based of term selected and renew automatically each month. After the initial term, packages will continue to renew on a month-to-month basis for your convenience.

To cancel after the initial term, written notice must be provided at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next renewal date to avoid additional charges

Class Usage Policy


Monthly classes may be used at any time during the active billing month. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Membership Pause Policy

We understand that life has seasons — travel, recovery, family needs, or simply a moment to reset. At Collective Fitness, we’re here to support you through all of them.

Pausing Your Membership

• Members may request to pause their membership for up to 30 days at a time.

• Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.

• Pause requests are subject to approval and are intended for short-term needs.

While Your Membership Is Paused

• Billing is temporarily placed on hold.

• Access to classes and open gym time is paused during this period.

• Any unused classes remain on your account and will be available once your membership resumes.

Resuming Your Membership

• Memberships automatically reactivate at the end of the pause period.

• If you’re ready to return sooner, just reach out, we’re always happy to welcome you back early.

Medical Pause Policy

Your health always comes first.

• Members experiencing illness, injury, surgery, pregnancy, or other medical circumstances may request a medical pause beyond 30 days.

• Medical pauses require written documentation from a licensed medical provider.

• Billing will remain paused for the approved medical period.

• Membership access will resume once you’re cleared to return or at the end of the approved pause timeframe.
