SPRYNG is a full-body Reformer Pilates experience that builds strength, mobility, and control through intentional movement. Classes are supportive, coach-led, and designed for all fitness levels

HYBRID CLASSES (40 min)

Two styles. One class.

Hybrid classes combine two training formats in one session. You’ll spend half the class in one format and half in the other, with coaching and options for all fitness levels

Strength + Conditioning (30 min)

Our open-floor strength training format using functional tools like weights, power bags, jump boxes, wall balls , cable machine and suspension trainers.

Every class is coached with options for all levels.

StRyke (30 min)

STRYKE Boxing is a high-energy, full-body workout built around dynamic boxing combinations using aqua bags for a powerful, low-impact training experience.

This class blends striking, conditioning, and athletic movement to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence in an upbeat, empowering environment.

Designed for all fitness levels, expect a workout that challenges both body and mind while keeping the energy high from start to finish. Gloves provided.
