What are hours of operation?

At Collective Fitness, our hours vary depending on class schedules and private training appointments.

  • Group class times are listed under the “Book Now” section on our website and are also available through the Vagaro app.

  • Private sessions are by appointment only.

  • To schedule a 1:1 session or consultation, you can:

    • Message Caroline or Jessica directly

    • Or submit a request through our Contact Us form

We’re happy to work with your schedule and find the best time for your goals.

How do I book a class?

All classes can be booked through our online scheduling system using Vagaro. Simply choose your class, select your date and time, and reserve your spot.

Can I share my package with someone else?

Packages and memberships are for one individual only and may not be shared. Each person must have their own account and package to attend classes.

What is your late cancel or no-show policy?

If you cancel less than 12 hours before class or do not show up, a $5 late cancel/no-show fee will be applied. This helps us keep classes running smoothly and spots available for others.

do i need to bring water or towels?

You’re more than welcome to bring your own, but we offer complimentary water and towel service for all our clients. We’ve got you covered!

What to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in and can move easily in.

For Strength & Conditioning Classes: Wear any comfortable sneakers that support movement and make you feel good.

For Reformer Classes:Grippy socks are recommended but not required — you’re welcome to go barefoot or wear regular socks. We also have grip socks available for purchase if you need a pair!
