Ingredients:

• ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats – 75 cal / 2.5g protein

• ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk – 45 cal / 1g protein

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – 110 cal / ~25g protein

• 1 tsp chia seeds – 20 cal / 1g protein

• 1 tsp hemp seeds – 15 cal / 1g protein

• ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) – 20 cal / 0.25g protein

• Dash of cinnamon (optional)

• Optional: 1 tsp almond butter or peanut butter – 35 cal / 1.5g protein

Instructions:

1. Add oats, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and protein powder to a mason jar or bowl.

2. Stir until fully combined and smooth.

3. Fold in blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Stir in the morning and enjoy chilled — or heat if preferred.
